1. Tips for dry skin

  • Bathe with cold or lukewarm water (not hot). Do not use hot water as it washes away the natural oils, which protect your skin. Bathe only as much as necessary. Do not shower for an unnecessarily long time (maximum 15 minutes). This will help preserve the natural oil in the skin.
  • Do not shower too often. Once or twice a day is good enough.
